We sincerely apologize that DermJobSearch is being retired.

Two years ago, I set out with a simple mission: to build a free, dedicated job recruitment platform for the field of dermatology — entirely self-funded and self-managed. No venture backing, no corporate support, just a genuine desire to serve our community.

Unfortunately, sustaining a platform like this without charging posting fees or monetizing user data and emails has proven difficult. Without sufficient growth to offset operating costs, continuing the mission is no longer feasible.To everyone who used DermJobSearch — thank you.

To the practices who found a great candidate, and to the candidates who found their next opportunity, you were the whole point. If this platform helped even one practice find the right person, or one physician find the right home, then it has fulfilled its purpose. It has been an honor to serve the dermatology community in this way.

Going forward, my focus will be directed toward Practice Ready — a resource dedicated to helping physicians navigate the business of medicine and thrive in their own private practice start up.
