Our Core Principles
Doctors & Staff First - DermJobSearch was established by a dermatologist frustrated with the fragmented network during their initial job search.

Dermatology Exclusive - Purpose-built to support our specialty, connecting employers and applicants to address the nationwide dermatology shortage.
Easy and Accessible - Our platform prioritizes ease of use and accessibility for everyone in our specialty.
Continuous Support - Committed to consistently backing dermatologists and staff in our specialty. Share your needs, and let us know what we can build for you.
Meet the founder
Dr. Nader Aboul-Fettouh is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs Micrographic Surgeon who specializes in skin cancer surgery and reconstruction. Dr. Aboul-Fettouh graduated Cum Laude from Rice University before attending the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, where he graduated at the top of his class. In his junior year of medical school, he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, a national honor medical society. He completed his training in dermatology at the UT-Health Science Center in Houston and MD Anderson Cancer Center, before completing a fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, cutaneous oncology, and reconstructive surgery at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He currently practices at Specialists in Dermatology near Houston, Texas.
Upon completing his fellowship, Dr. Aboul-Fettouh observed that the dermatology job market was highly fragmented, largely due to the proliferation of job boards and career centers, many of which charged exorbitant fees for posting job listings. He noted that smaller clinics, offering excellent opportunities, lacked a cost-effective means to advertise their vacancies. Dr. Aboul-Fettouh was motivated to develop a more accessible job hub specifically for dermatology, aiming to simplify the job search process for future applicants, helping them find their ideal positions with less difficulty.
